Traveling to Kos through the sea
Kos main harbour (Mandraki): The main harbour of Kos is located in the city centre and offers daily connections to Athens (port of Piraeus) and other Greek destinations. The itineraries are enhanced during the spring and summer months and are often less frequent during the autumn and winter months. Furthermore, Kos Island is connected with neighbouring islands such as Rhodes, Symi, Leros, Kalymnos, Patmos, Leipsoi etc. daily via catamarans.
From the Airport
Bus: Transit bus service is provided between the Airport and the city of Kos, Mastichari, Kardamena and Kefalos. There is a public bus stop 50m from the terminal building. Tickets can be purchased by the bus driver.
Taxi: ΤΑΧΙ service is available at the Airport. TAXI stand is located in front of the Arrivals.
Pre-booked transportation and airport assistance: In addition to the public transportation, Private Airport Transfers are also available on a pre-arranged basis.
