- Format: Presentations should be created in Microsoft PowerPoint 16:9 format (widescreen), but PDFs are also acceptable. A PC with Microsoft Office 365 will be provided by the organizers in your lecture hall.
- Internet Access: Presenters should not rely on internet access during their presentation. We strongly recommend embedding all fonts and media within the presentation file. Avoid using Google Slides and do not depend on online materials, media, web pages, live demos, etc.
- Loading Your Presentation: All presentations must be uploaded in the Speakers Preview Room 24 hours before your scheduled lecture time. The Speakers Preview Room is located on the Ground Floor in the left corridor. Note that presentations cannot be loaded in the meeting rooms. Speakers Preview Room Opening Hours:

- Arrival: On the day of your presentation, please arrive in your assigned hall 10 minutes before your session starts. This allows time to meet the chairperson and room manager, and ensure your presentation is loaded correctly.
- Duration: Each presentation should last no more than 15 minutes to allow 5 minutes for questions and a handover to the next speaker within each 20-minute slot.
- Timing: Session chairs will enforce strict timing and will end any presentation that exceeds the allotted time. This is crucial to keep parallel sessions synchronized, allowing delegates to move between sessions.
- Equipment: The presentation laptop will be on the podium in Presenter View mode. The speaker will be able to control the presentation and view on the laptop any notes embedded on PowerPoint., but there will not be a second screen for extra notes. If a pdf is used, notes will not be visible. Presenters may bring a tablet or iPad on stage if needed. Presenting with personal computer will not be allowed.
- Clicker: All rooms will be equipped with a clicker/pointer.
